While there is only one choice for a starter dish, there are six (!) choices for the entrée. It'll be easy enough to start your meal off with a hearty bowl of roasted butternut squash soup. The tough part is choosing between all the entrée options: an open-faced prime rib sandwich, farmhouse chicken salad, the Chop burger, Chop salad, the Carolina club or the roasted mushroom ravioli.
Begin your meal with red pepper bisque, a mixed green salad with garden vegetables, pumpkin and black sesame seeds or Caesar salad with double smoked bacon. For an entrée, you have the tough job of choosing between oven-roasted chicken with basil lemon pan jus, served with wild rice pilaf and veggies; maple bourbon haddock, top sirloin with your choice of wasabi mashed potatoes, wild rice pilaf, Chop fries, baked potato or seasonal vegetables; or roasted mushroom ravioli in a white wine and sage butter sauce. For dessert, there’s tiramisu, warm apple crumble or a mini fallen chocolate soufflé cake.
Sip on one (or both!) of their rodeo-inspired signature drinks during the CFR. They’re pouring Western Wildrose Barracks on draught and mixing up the Rodeo Smirnoff double black Caesar.
