Due to negligence of my engine being over filled with oil my engine blew. Now a $4000 fix to me Jiffy lube doesnt want to be held responsible. Please find a reputable dealer to save you a lot of time and money.
I just had my oil changed at the 97th Street location across from Northgate. A simple request, change the oil and top up my tire air pressure to 40 psi. See attached photo. Does that look like a “top up”? Nothing done. Instead of continuously asking the customer for diff oil changes, transmission flushes, etc how about focusing on what the customer has asked for. Highly disappointed to say the least.
During my visit on Dec 19th, 2013. I have receive not only an great service but I was very impressed with the honesty and professionalism with the staff! Keep it up, will definitely come again!
