unprofessional and experienced!they did my the tax return wrong and they charge me a fortune! I received a notice of assessment of how inaccurate the forms have been filled and I owe government money,when I took the notice of assessment back to their office, I was told that I had to double check my documents myself " and "mistakes happens all the time " and the can' do anything about it and they are not responsible for any mistakes after submitting the documents.rude & irresponsible.
Sorry for the delay in responding, I just discovered this comment a few minutes ago. We always strive to provide excellent service. Any client who is dissatisfied , we always work hard in finding solutions. If we make an error, we pay the penalty and interest. We never abandon our clients after we submitted their return to CRA.
