Cafe Cancún (Okotoks) is my favourite restaurant in Okotoks and Calgary & souroundibg areas. The food is excellent. This time I had cheese fondue. It was delicious, and not pricey at all. Owners are eager to please. Food was delicious and fresh. I had the beef empanadas and my friend had the shrimp taco special, we enjoyed both very much. Next time, I will try the taquitos and the pico de gallo for sure! The brunch menu looks great too. Will be back!
Overall disappointing! Service was good. The food was way too salty! We had the Enchiladas Suizas beef option (which was so small it didn't get close to filling the enchilada. We also ordered the Alambre de pollo,which was excessively salty as well. As we're the potoatoes and carrots. We didn't finish our meals nor enjoy them due to the saltiness! Too bad as we were very much looking forward to having this restaurant close to home. Hope it improves!
