My experience is that buying the Hot Tub was the easy part... everything after is a nightmare!! Things we were promised never happened. Cost us more for the install then we were prepared for. The sales people in the store are really good about telling you what they can't do for you!!! Promises were never kept. People warned us not to buy from here. I wish now I had listen.
We have had several experiences with Dynasty Spas in Red Deer, in-store and at home service. In all regards we found the staff to be excellent; knowledgeable and polite.
I purchased a hot tub from Dynasty Spas and have always experienced great, helpful and courteous sales, service and support from their locations in both Red Deer and Calgary. The hot tub was delivered on time and special care was taken by their delivery personnel to ensure no damage was done to anything in transit and during installation. I bought the spa in spring and had it installed in the early summer. We have had a couple of jet selector switched break, but the service had been really quick and problems have been solved making the experience second to none. Now I know first hand if I have an issue, things will be dealt with, making me relax even more in the tub!
