Astounded at the lack of professionalism. No invoices, no receipts, no follow ups. I repeatedly requested an invoice showing what I had ordered and a receipt for my deposit. I even called head office and they were no more helpful than the salesman. On a positive note, the product was what I had ordered and installation was professional.
