Have had my brothers vehicle for a week but have not towed it to the requested shop because they are sort on drivers. Will not allow anyone into their yard so I can make arrangement for someone else to tow to repair shop.
Don't seem to care
The customer service there in the past has been great but I spoke to the most awful woman who actually said "I hope you never get your car back" she says she starts after 4 so I suggest during the busiest time for people after work to avoid them at all cost. Will never use these guys again.
There is more to the story that is not posted here. We are not able to comment on the details due to a freedom of information conflict. The misunderstanding has been dealt with and we strive for the best possible customer service.

Your car is in trouble? Find out why they are known as Scratchy towing. But at least they keep local body repair shops in business.
I'm not exactly sure what this review is related too, but I can say if we scratch a vehicle during a service, then we will make good on our mistake and have the vehicle repaired at our cost.
