All the web site said free estimates. I was contacted only by email. I was asked to provide photographs twice. I was OK with them cleaning in mid July no reply or contacted me by phone. Extremely disappointed after seeing all the reviews.

Crystal Clear!

The two men who came to do my windows were friendly and prompt. They did a great job hand cleaning my windows. I will have a Glass Act return next year.

Gutter cleaning

Previous home owner didn't seem to have cleaned the gutters EVER, so some overflow issues present. Slight email snafu in the beginning but once that's out of the way, great communication with Kirby (manager) and the job was done very well and in a very timely manner, despite this being the busy season for them. It rained the day after the gutters were cleaned, and I could see there's no more overflow - water was draining properly. The rate's reasonable, too, with detailed invoice issued. I would definitely have them back for any external cleaning job from now on.

A Glass Act does excellent work.

Our small strata corporation has used A Glass Act for several years now to hand-wash our exterior windows, and power wash exterior entrances. They show up on time, work hard, do a very thorough job, and are great to deal with. I highly recommend them.
