Ah, Momiji,we had such high hopes!
When we arrived at your restaurant, we were courteously shown to our seats, and swiftly served tea. We then placed our order.
When the food was delivered, my husband and I both felt that your sushi rolls were too much rice and not enough filling. They were bland, lacking in specific flavours of any kind.
When it came time to pay, we placed our charge card visibly atop the dinner bill, yet waited ten or more minutes to have a staff member take our payment. Two nearby tables who had asked for their bill AFTER we did, managed to pay and leave the restaurant as we continued to wait.
It seemed that one staff member greeted us... another took our order... another delivered our food... and another brought us our bill. Perhaps if we had been dealing with one specifc server, we would have found our visit more friendly and personalized?
We hope after a month or two, we will try your restaurant again and receive a much smoother (and tastier!) experience.
