Open road Toyota needs Much better service once a vehicle is sold feel like I’ve been left out to dry after my new vehicle purchase. Service managers are a joke no care at all for the customers even if the considered issue was done by their hands or on their property you will receive the short and of the stick along with no call backs and no sympathy very disappointed Toyota experience came for quality, reliability and top resale value. Honestly feel like I didn’t get any of it. Upon purchase of
I would not recommend this dealership. I do not feel they are ethical, as well as all the vehicles are extremely over-priced. I bought a vehicle from them, and the second day after purchasing it, I took it to top-up the gas tank and the service person at Petro-Canada told me it had NO OIL! This was not a good sign for me, and there were other problems with the vehicle. There was a good chance the vehicle was a lemon, with a defective oil-leak problem that would cost $5000.00 dollars to fix.
Exceptional service. Bright clean and very 'positive' atmosphere. Everyone wears a sincere smile and makes you feel part of the family. I like that. Courtney the best concierge ever! She's pleasantly hospitable, appreciates the clients time and is thorough as a communicator. If there are delays she relates them respectfully. Peace Arch Toyota is the most exceptional and professional auto dealership I have ever encountered. Kudos to all the staff from me and my dog Finnigan. 5 stars?
I love my local toyota dealer! Marrianne is my favorite in service and all my family buys from Kamal.
It feels different just walking in than other car dealerships. Everyone is very nice.
