You oversold this person a car that was laughably outside of their price range and budget (to the tune of nearly $80,000) and did so knowingly. You saw an inexperienced customer and took full advantage of their novice nature to serve your own end. You leveraged your position of experience and power to exploit someone for no other benefit than pure uncloaked greed.
