Absolutely dreadful. The employees intentionally screw things up. The drive thru will take you about 30 minutes on most occasions. I’d recommend trying another ‘fast food’ restaurant. The owner should just close the doors of this place and cut their loss
Visited June 9th at 8:00 PM. Waited in line only 3 cars ahead of me for over 10 minutes, the food server would not even acknowledge me when I asked, why the wait. She then disappeared. When I open my bag, a chicken but meal the fry’s were upside down, the sandwich lettuce was brown and I had the heel of the tomato. Where is management?
Each time I give them a special order. I get home and it is not what we paid for. When I phoned to explain what I was upset about, then tell me to drive back and get a new meal. I should have checked before I left. They should have checked that they gave me what I paid for.
