Staff are so rude. Same with the location in nesters. Went to nesters m and the older Caucasian lady (D) would not do the transfer on a car even though the papers were all signed and in correct order. The seller had left after signing everything over and she was mistaken in that he needed to sign 1 more thing, when it was my signature that should have been there. I left and went to the location in marketplace. Although the tall younger guy treated me pretty poorly, he did the paperwork
Cold staff... I've been coming here since 2000 and these have to be some of the most unfriendly people in Whistler. Go up the mountain and breathe some fresh air, it might help.
I felt compelled to let everyone know, that for the 3rd time I have found westland insurance the most unhelpful business in whistler, thank god there are other options. You really need to train your staff to be more helpful.
