Very disappointing experience. During our first home purchase, Rachel judged us for bringing our quiet 3-year-old to a signing appointment. Instead of focusing on the job, she lectured us and bragged about how she perfectly separates work and family. It was condescending, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. What should’ve been a happy milestone felt uncomfortable. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Rachel Punzalan.
