My father is receiving care from Home Support Services which is being funded by Social Development and myself. The support worker is being paid to clean my fathers home, prepare meals and spend time with him. Instead she sits with him for an hour instead of the 2.5 that I pay for, doesn't take off her shoes or coat then leaves. When I brought my concerns up with the Regional Manger he seemed more interested in defending himself the finding a resolution. I would NOT recommend this company.
