We stayed at the hotel and ate in your restaurant all weekend day once our breakfast was cold and the waiter offered nothing.
Day one evening weeded up getting take out as you were under stuffed and no room to eat in so we were td to goto our room and wait 35 mis we waited finally I go down to get it and took it to my daughter's we were missing some entries and we order the one dish and asked to hVe it made with just tomato sauce and it was spicey overload issing our grand child's dinner

The food was ghastly. It was edible only if you were starving, tasted like crap. There was no taste, really. It was as if you opened a jar of alfredo sauce bought at dominion and poured it on linguini and called it gourmet, charging $23 bucks a plate. Total bland crap- a complete rip off. Sad because they once had a good menu. Oh, cold bread, expired romaine lettuce does not cut it for the appetizers. My wife and I were ripped off and will NEVER return.
East Side Mario's has been one of my favourite restaurants for a while but unfortunately when new owners took over the business, they made some changes. That's normal but they changed the Parmesan cheese. Huge blow for me. The original had so much flavor and added that "UMF" to every meal. New stuff.. there's no umf now. Really disappointed. Everything else is great though. Service is always fantastic!
You really can't go wrong on a trip to East Side Mario's. This is a casual place to go for dinner. Unlimited salad is great! Generally the pasta dishes are basic but tasty and they hit the spot.
