Poor customer service. Waited a week to get an installation appointment for internet and the technician was a no show. I followed up to ask what happened and was told that the tech stated nobody was home despite nobody knocking on our door. We were home and waiting for service. If techs are too lazy to knock on a door, our business is going elsewhere.
UPDATE!! A tech came out to my house 3 times unprepared over the last month. Last Tuesday i decided after a month of no internet to cancel with City Wide. DO NOT RECCOMEND !!!!! I called one month ago to have the internet hooked up in my new place. I called Friday to confirm that the internet was ready, and they told me to just plug in and i am good to go. Well now i need a tech and they won't be here for another 10 days. I am extremely unhappy and switching companies.
I have just set up City Wide in our home, and wanted to give a review for he service I just received. My Customer Service Rep was Tyesha, and she was wonderful to me. Being a senior, I found her explanations of the whole system to be very clear, and she covered everything with the utmost knowledge. She's the best at her job!!!
Awful customer service. Been with them for aprox year and until the last couple months had minimal issues. However when their email bills were no longer coming through due to an error on their end I unknowingly missed a bill. Spoke with citywide and extended my bill due date and paid on time but it yet my Internet was shut off admittedly their error! It was about 2 days of no internet at all over data on my cell and zero efforts to rectify on their end. Plenty of service disruptions since.
They do not maintain the promised speeds and are not easily accessible. They upgraded my price from 20 MBPS speed to 100MBPS..only price increased not speed. I am trying to call them to refund that extra charge until I get my speed..hopefully they will call me back...
