The team showed up on time, prepared and ready to tackle the task at hand. I was happy with their competitive pricing and reputation so I hired them to install an HRV in one of my buildings.
They, however, damaged new hardwood flooring, didn't leave us with the occupancy permit documents included with their serviceor the remainder of the diffuser caps. I was told they were going to return later on the next week to finish but did not. Three unanswered and unreturned calls, these boys are 95 prercent contractors.
