Our washing machine broke and I was freaking out! I called Samsung and was told there was a recall on it and since we were the original owners I was not aware. NEAS called me quickly and scheduled Roger to come and check our machine. Roger was just amazing! He was so patient because I kept asking questions. He answered all of my question in a manner that I would understand. He was very nice and got the job done! I would absolutely recommend NEAS and will use them in the future.

Outstanding Service by Bryan & Gaëtan. They came at my house to replace a cracked cooktop. They called me to let me know that they will be there in 10 min, they were very professional and fast. Unprofessional service staff and horrible customer service. They rendered my cooktop completely unusable and I literally had to go down there after waiting 6 weeks because the managers won’t return calls. Still no working cooktop, no solutions, awful company
