Never been to store but when calling its the worst experience. Been trying since March to get billing corrected with no luck. Each month same thing. Still unresolved since March. Ive paid till August then will be terminating service due to poor customer service. Lady I spoke to today (vanessa) was so rude. Basically called me a liar. Since all calls are recorded listen to them. If I could rate lower I would. Will be sure to post on social media my experience this far.
My Phone+TV+internet package was wrong when the cable installer first came to install. They told me over the phone the deal was good for 1 year, but the installer went down the list and stated it was for 6 months. Not only that, but there were many things I didn't want. He connected me with a representative, who told me the package which I ordered was only available for 6 month periods. I was lied to. We straightened that out for a 1yr package, and 6 months later I'm on hold again guess why..
