Burnt
They wanted to serve me a burnt sandwich so I told the girl to make a new one, she tries to explain that the cheese inside of the sandwich is what burnt the outside of the sandwich to which I told her that was a rediculous excuse. She then proceeded to make a new sandwich but only after trying to scrape the items from the first sandwich out and attempting to add it to the new sandwich. The owner came out and after learning about his employees lack of standards, did nothing but make excuses.
