On Monday, June 21, 2021 at 10:30 a.m., went to Shoppers Drug Mart, post office, in Dundas. There were two people ahead of me, and, when I left, there were five people behind. There was a trainee, and an individual trainer, on duty at the post office. I waited 15 minutes for a simple return (no charge). While it is understandable for training purposes, there should have been additional resources available to process the customers and ease the stress on the trainee employee. Retraining suggested
pharmacy; needed help with overthecounter cream for medical condition; unsure of what it was and had to look into. Instead of helping find a product, I was left waiting as they chose to serve other easy customers all of whom came much later than I. No customer service skills at all.
Always excellent service. Service always given with a smile. And I cannot speak highly enough about the the wonderful guys who deliver my meds. When I am at the pharmacy, my questions are answered in language I understand (i.e. simple words ?) Thank you
Has the slowest lines of any Shopper's Drug Mart . When they call for another cashier to open they either take a very long time or nobody shows up .Tried getting passport photo done a number of times but always same excuse "camera is broken". Needs better management .
