I wish i could pick no stars. The service is terrible. The houses they build have none level walls, basement floors are extremely wonky - they admit their issues but don't fix them.
I wouldn't recommend this builder to my worse enemy. My advice is to hire a 3rd person to review your house for structural issues - and keep a knee eye out on your heaters, and water as they love to cheap out on them and install them upside down or with no intake areas for the heaters.

After the payment and once the property been bought, the work done on the property is very poor, seems they just want to finish the job.
The sales agent is extremely friendly and supportive and helpful,Ms Wendy, and willing to help all the time, however customer service after sale, is terrible. You have to always be careful not to upset her, by asking questions, and very disrespectful without using false languages.
After sales, really nobody you can approach, who can be helpful....
