I test drove a vehicle that I was interested in buying. I had a mechanic check it out while I was test driving it and they recommended that I tell the dealer the ball joint needed to be replaced. The dealer said his mechanics are replacing the stabilizer bar and the ball joint is fine. 6 weeks later my van is at the mechanics because the ball joint is shot at the cost of $500+ . I call the dealer and they tell me too BAD. It passed a safety a few weeks ago and they don't offer warranties.

Service Manager, Mike, was courteous and efficient. Very happy with the service provided. I will definitely return for future work!

Needed assistance with my transmission, called Fords at 8:30am, took the car in & was done by 10:20am.. Excellent customer service from the lady doing the booking for service appointments!!!
