I have taken my car in here a few times before but this time I broke down on the highway and had to be towed! They welcomed me in, were honest about the cost and what was wrong and did everything they could to fix it. This happened on a Friday and they couldn’t complete the work so they arranged to drive me home all the way to St Catharines!! Incredible service!! I highly recommend them!!

We were looking for a new mechanic shop and thought we would try this one based on the reviews. we were very glad we did, the best service and the work was done very fast. Andrey was great and very helpful even had a picture of the problem when we picked up the car. they have a new customer for our 2 vehicles.

I needed the breaks replaced, so I looked up auto repair shops and saw all the good reviews for this shop. I brought my car in. The staff was very helpful and kind. After they replaced the pads, my car has been running without problems. I am so glad I came here. They where right on the money. You should check it out. Honest work and good service at a good price.

sent my 19 year old daughter to this FAMILY run business today because her engine light came on in this very bad ice storm, they did what I prayed they wouldnt do they saw her coming & $780 later she had an oil change and tune up INCREDIBLE.
Do not use this shop anyone that takes advantage of student does not deserve the business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are sorry you feel that way. It is never our intent to take advantage of our customers- students, seniors or just regular people. The Ontario law requires that repair work be preceded by an authorization to do the repair work from the consumer. After your daughter s authorization, the work has been performed and the invoice issued. I assume the car runs well and your daughter is safe on the road. If you feel we did a poor job, please come back. We will take care of it at no charge.

Have a 2007 Suzuki xl7 and was having trouble with temp gauge. They checked the sender unit from the block to the the gauge and found out connection was at fault. Changed the connection and all good. Waited while it was repaired. Great service and very friendly

I have a 2006 Volvo wagon that I had difficulty finding someone to do regular maintenance and repair. I have been going to Rights Auto Repair for two years and they have been able to diagnose and repair any issues that I have had with my vehicle. Peter S.
My daughter and son in law now also bring their vehicles to Rights Auto Repair as well.
I'm amazed, surprised and delighted by the number of people who took time out of their busy day to support us. Thank you, Ben, for being one of them!!!

I've had service with Right Way Auto Repair for seven years. They provide reasonable prices and great quality service. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Andrey is a trustworthy mechanic and he is honest about telling you what your vehicle needs. Great shop!

Best car shop in Hamilton area
I have been with Right Way Auto Repair since we moved to Hamilton in 2010. Andrey and his team proved to be extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Two of our cars - Chevy Equinox and Hyundai Elantra - are with this shop and I bring them over for a regular maintenance and with any questions I have. I know that Andrey will find a solution to any problem - he goes an extra mile to figure out the root cause.
Best car shop I ever been to, and I do recommend it to all Hamiltonians!

I agree with the customer below! My review was deleted by the owner. This shop left me stranded with no vehicle and blamed me for the damage to my vehicle even though they were the mechanics that maintained it! Don't be fooled because they WILL shut the door in your face when your car fails because of their poor maintenance!
Worst, Worst, Worst Ever!. Don't fooled by the 5 Star rating. Probably fake rating or done by family and friends. Save yourself from disappointment and painful experience!
Dear Moe, sometimes unexpected things happen in life, such as a serious illness of one of my technician. He has been hospitalized at that day. I am sorry you left the shop unhappy. I believe you were disappointed. I deeply apologize.

Fantastic Service!
My vehicle needed new brakes and my snow tires installed. I contacted Right Way and was immediately impressed with how responsive and knowledgeable they were. After I dropped my car off they shuttled me home. Later they discovered that BMW had provided the wrong wheel lock "key". They took the car to the dealership, swapped out the wheel lock key, and completed installing new brakes, brake sensors, and my winter tires. They didn't charge any extra for all the time they spent getting the right wheel lock key and even picked me up and brought me back to their office when the job was all done. I was amazed and truly grateful for their service. I highly recommend Right Way Auto Repair and will use them exclusively for all my vehicles going forward. They're WONDERFUL!!!!
