Jack Verboon started Tower Service Station in 1959. Originally located on the corner of East 18th Street and Fennell Ave, there was a large water tower behind the building, thus the name ''Tower Service Station''. In 1972 the business moved to our present location on the corner of Upper Wellington and Brucedale. The Business was taken over in 1985 by Jack's son, Bill and soon after that John Groppo was hired (now Service Manager). Together, they have over 60 years experience in the automotive field. I have been taking my cars for over 25 years to Tower. Bill and John are outstanding mechanics and on top of that run an honest business. They carefully explain what needs to be repaired and if it is not necessary or can wait three months they tell you upfront. I highly recommend Tower as a business with integrity
