My first experience did not go so well but the way they acted to communicate with me and solve the problem was more than sufficient for me to say I would give them another chance. After all sometimes it is not the problem but the way it was handled that makes the difference. They did a good job of again making me a happy customer.
I thought I could do this one on my own, i was totally wrong. I Called Alamo Plumbing & Heating Inc.on May 18 at 9:20 am, and your technician was here and gone by 11:35am. Everything was great, fast, curtious and professional. My wife is real happy , she no longer has a piece of pipe running into the laundry tub for a tub drain. I thought it worked o.k. Thanks for everything. I don't have to sleep in the dog house tonight. Dave
