The worst experience ever! The technician ran no diagnostics on either of my appliances, yelled at me practically calling me a liar, turned his back on me when i was talking to him, threw his card at me telling me to call him if i have trouble again. When i asked him to not raise his voice at me he persisted with yelling and walking away, oh and he tried slamming the door on his way out and did not even say bye. all this happened in front of my 2 year old son. I was left in tears!
They fixed my fridge, quickly and efficiently. However it's a week before Christmas and I'm still waiting for the guy to come back to replace the element in my stove. A $2 part that should have been in his truck knowing the brand of stove we have. He said he'd "be right back"..That was three days ago. Of course it's the weekend now.My only time to bake for the holidays so it clearly won't be happening.As a Celiac this is highly saddening and a huge disappointment on customer service for Presto.
