Driver came to my house but put a slip on the door w/o knocking. I was home all day. Now I have to drive to Kingston to pick up. According to the slip they were here at 3pm, but I found the slip at 230pm, 30 min before they wrote down
Agree. Most useless delivery service. Terrible customer service. Wont order from anywhere that delivers with Purolator.
Terrible service. My package was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago! I still dont have it and now I have to go and pick it up myself. The only phone number is a recording with zero useful information with messages recorded in both languages and no indication of their opening hours. Worst business ever.
The most useless courier. Purolator is the only courier that cant find my address every single time, everybody else manages just fine, Im on a residential street in the City so it really isnt that difficult.
This is the only shipping company that cant seem to figure out my address. If my normal driver is on vacation or happens to be sick my parcels will not arrive and they seem to refuse to put any details about my road in their system. I just tracked a parcel and it If i could give zero stars I would. Purlotor... come on!s been sitting at the Kingston Ontario location for two days with a note saying there is a problem with me address yet no phone call and Ive been in the shop 3 times this year!
Driver didnt keave a slip. Received a call saying I had a package. Accidentally deleted the message. Went into the store with my Id and address. Was told they cant fo anything if I dont have the shipping number. I said please search by address. Woman said no, she cant. I asked why? She said its the way things are done there. I said maybe its time for a change. She said nope. Itll never happen. I said its 2018 and the resistance to using technology seems silly. Stupid company + stupid policies
I have had the exact same issue every time I expect a delivery from Purolator. a delivery never comes to my place of residence, the say that they did come, I cannot reach anyone at the local office as there is no way to do so without driving there, and the entire experience is frustrating, inconvenient and completely unprofessional. This company needs a HUGE wake up call. Unacceptable.
This is the most unprofessional organization I’ve ever delt with! Three days in a row the driver stated he “attempted delivery”, while knowing I was here all day, I went and looked at the cameras surrounding our entire compound, not once did they show up! This was after 3 phone calls explaining the location, just to be sure it was clear for the driver. After everything, I ended up being the one to pick up the package!! Good thing extra money was paid to get it right away!
Twice now, they tried to deliver and I wasnt home. I saw a phone message when I got home telling me they would try again on the next business day. Then next day I get an automated phone call telling me it has to be picked up at their office -- on the very edge of the city. I dont have a car, and damned if Im going to spend $25 on cab fare to pick up something I paid $10 for!
Constantly having issues with this company, I have called and left directions to me very easy to find address 3times. I have no control on who delivers me Parcels. The whole lot of them should get fired.
Purolator has done it again — failed to actually deliver my package; the driver did not make an attempt to come to my door, and did not leave a delivery slip. When I called the company, they had note that the driver made numerous attempts to deliver the package. Simply untrue. This is the fourth time this happens with Purolator. Their drivers need to be held accountable for failing to compete their duties. What a terrible DELIVERY business.
Driver submitted that they attempted delivery when I was at home all day and no one showed up. (Received separate packages from Canada Post on the same day with no issues). Also held on to a time-sensitive, refrigerated package for an extra day, despite paying for expedited shipping. I have no confirmation that it was properly maintained at the facility.
Horrible service, they lie and say they attempted delivery , I stayed home for 3 days and they did not deliver, had to cancel the item from Amazon and request a Canada Post delivery ..............
July 28/17 - sorting error. July 31/17 missed delivery[5:13pm]. Customer Service - John- they deliver til 8pm. Jean - could send email to have parcel held to ensure pick up next day & would hear back within 3 days.Supervisor Keisha -tried to call office -they don't answer phones - she did her best to help.Aug 1st- Jason at kingston office - first class service-went and got parcel and gave it to me[8:30 ish am]. Jason was pleasant,professional, efficient. Company not customer oriented
Drove 20 Kim's to pick up a package and found they shut 6 hours before the closing hour listed on their web page.
Horrible customer service, staff at front desk were uninformative, rude and agressive. Will not be using services again.

An array of excuses for not delivering on time...from missed deliver(whatever that means?) to weather delay...in July? Even delayed for days due to drivers inability to find an address that no other courier has had trouble with. The worst of the worst.
