bland food, rude service and unwilling to accomodate/substitute on dishes. I love thai food and live very close to this restaurant and would have been a repeat customer if the food had been somewhat palatable and the service even mediocre.

The food was not very flavourful and the service...

The food was not very flavourful and the service was poor. The red curry was slightly gelatinous. I have eaten thai food in many major american and canadian cities and this resraurant simply does not measure up. It's not a matter of not appreciating thai food, it's just that this restaurant serves second rate fare.
