    0 Star for Bradford Exchange UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE - Bradford Exchange keeps your credit card info once you make a purchase with them. Then they keep sending you stuff that you did not order and charge to your credit card without your permission. When complained, they promised to send a return label but never did. After I got the charge reversed on my credit card, I received a collection letter that either I pay for it or return the product at my own expense or my credit will be impacted.

    They are absolutely horrible to deal with! Trying to return some items that they sent even though I cancelled 3 times. Now I have made 3 phone calls & still don't have my return labels. NEVER AGAIN!

    This company has the worst customer service I ordered a sympathy gift to be shipped to Calgary instead they sent it to my home in Ontario and the item box was damaged and the item broken. I sent two emails no reply finally found a working number and called and told them I am sending it back return to sender and I want a full refund will never order again and surprised they are still in business with service like this. For what you pay for an item you would think they could use bubble wrap.

I ORDER A CHISTMAS GIFT IN NOVEMBER..IT WAS DELAYED TO JANUARY NEVER CAME CALLED THEM AND NOW THEY ARE TELLING MARCH... Pour Customer service DONT ORDER FROM HERE

    I ordered my ring July 18th and here we are...September 1st and nothing. It is only being shipped from a few hours away! Will never order from them again. I can get stuff quicker from China!

    I will never order off them again. They take orders when they don’t even have the product. Make you wait months on end. Everything I have bought from them never matches the picture always a cheaper version. Pathetic way to do buisness. People on the phone are extremely rude.

    I came on here to post how much I loved the service I received and how my wife loved the ring I bought her. I was quite surprised to see the reviews. Its unfortunate, but I do plan on purchasing from here in the future as I recommend to others to try it out.

    Ordered a replica Stanley Cup for my grandson for Christmas. Received a letter back saying that production was delayed; nothing further after that. Prior to Christmas I wrote asking for my money back when I never received the product. No response! Will never deal with them again!

    Just an awful business! Ordered a watch which they guaranteed I would get by Christmas and I just get notified they have cancelled the order! There are so many other places to spend your money, be smart and don't buy from these people

    I have tried calling this company several times........they do not answer! I ordered a ring in Feb 2017, and it is now August 2017..... and after writing, complaining that I still have not received the item, which is paid for. I cannot contact them. This is the last item I will ever order from Bradford Exchange!

    Nothing but problems...ordered for Christmas on November 25 and they kept telling me they were waiting for payment when they already had it!!! Finally got it straightened around on December 1st and now my gift wont be shipped out until January 13!!!!! I will NEVER order from this company again!!!

    was was i sent an order at early feb .i received an email thi sasying it was comfirmed and i havent heard anything sinsce.i live in ingersoll. how long does it take. i was going to order more this each time tis was paid but i dont think i will now ,this has been a very trying time to get through to you

    I have tried phoning this company REPEATEDLY, and spent close to 1.5 hours on 7 calls listening to a ringing telephone. It appears they are not willing to actually speak to a prospective customer, and have consequently lost my business. I would encourage readers to reconsider giving them any business, as apparently, they do not care about customers.

    Do not deal with this business!

    I have attempted to contact The Bradford exchange to inquire about my Purchase of the Spirit of Canada Watch I ordered online from their website on the 28th of Feb 2010. I received a letter on the 6th of April 2010 stating that I was now on a "Priority waiting List" as they were presently out of stock. I reverse directed the address on this letter on Canada 411 and there were no listings for that area. a further search on the Bradford exchange did lead to a number on a completely different street, and, when called I allowed it to ring for over 20 minutes. I can only presume from the extreme difficulty to contact them and the complete lack of customer service that the Bradford exchange is not an "above board" organization. As it is now the 26th of May 2010 and have yet to receive my order I would suggest anyone dealing with them use extreme caution and do not prepay for your articles.
