My Frigidaire stove was on fire Fire stared from the back panel circuit board. It melted and I smelled the burning plastic. I saw the flame through the back panel grill.
We quickly unplugged the wire and able to put the fire down.
Terrible product and poor customer service. I will never buy Frigidaire product in my life.
Ive had a defective fridge since May. It is now September and all I have gotten is the run around from these people.

recently purchased a brand new front load washer. After installation was done the machine shakes violently away from the wall and then stops before cycle is finished.
Called the service line; theyve disabled the answer service and it drops the call. They have also disabled the online chat service. Emails go unanswered and head office number only refers you back to the service line. There is no way to have the warranty serviced. Do not purchase from this company.
