Owner Kim + sister appear 2 be pleasant but don’t be fooled like I was. I brought plenty clothing to sell. I trusted them they hardly sold my items and returned 1 small bag to me after I followed up with them to prepare my unsold items for me to pick up. I shop at style encore which they put down & found numerous of my clothing at 1 location. They take your clothes & what they can’t sell they go to other stores to sell.Scammers / shady - KARMA lets see how long they stay in buss 4.
Not at all high end. Midrange labels. The item I was interested in was not priced.
Felt like I was being sized up before given the price which was incredibly high for the no named piece. Felt like the place was going out of business.
First time consigner, and never again after my experience with It's Our Little Secret. No tickets are issued when you drop off, you can't track your stuff, they don't call or answer calls/emails. When you go to ask for your stuff, you are told it's been donated and shown the door (even when you have pictures). Employees are very rude, owner is dismissive. Pictures are not a contract, as I've learned. Which they dodge but not giving you a ticket or even telling you what their policies are. Avoid.
