    No one answers the phone ever! Can't make an appointment over the phone, must take time off work during their bank hours 10AM-4PM to make an appointment then take time off again for the actual appointment. Not impressed.

    Tried to make appointment -nobody answers phone. Called Vineland branch (great branch, so is Beamsville) for back-up customer support and while on hold, their phone calls to Portage branch were unanswered too. No decent follow-up or apology to retain clients.
