First opened in 1968, Ajisen Ramen now has over 300 branches worldwide. With branches in China, Singapore, USA, Philippines, Thailand, Australia, Indonesia and Canada, Ajisen's emphasis on simple, hygienic, convenient, tasty and healthy noodles, Ajisen Ramen redefines the dining experience.
So i ordered takeout from this restaurant. There food is good. HOWEVER, to my surprise I found a staple in my food. I would not trust eating here given the little attention they pay to the safety of their customers. The staple has me quite worried.
Every time I go to downtown Toronto, I often stop by this place for their BBQ pork ramen. They serve many other different kinds of ramen, and I found them to be delicious. The service is very quick and the restaurant interior is unique and interesting. Great place!
The food was good, I love their ramen and
the service was decent. You don't really expect excellent service at a ramen restaurant so adequate service is good enough.
However found it weird that they charge for a pepper flakes you put in your soup. That's like charging your customers for ketchup or Tabasco.

This restaurant kind of looks weird at first when you walk in, but when you order, your food arrives fresh and delicious. I tried their original Ramen flavours and it tasted so splendid. The Soup base was very powerful in which when you finish eating the Ramen it tastes just the same til the last spoonful. I also ordered their deep fried Kumamoto Oysters and it tasted very oily but at least was crunchy and delicious. They also have this odd looking drink called marble soft drink and it is too expensive. Around $3.70 after taxes for one single drink, allthough it is imported, it quenched my first. They also have somewhat of a vending machine in the front that dispenses candy or toys, not really sure what it is, but it met the atmosphere of a typical Japanese restaurant. I would love to go over there with my girlfriend and some of my friends again, thats if I had money.

I love going here to eat Ramen. Definetly one of my faves. The menu provides a variety of different kinds you can try which is great! I love their noodles best how it's cook just right to maintain its crunchiness and still be soft enough to eat. The broth is also really good too, very flavourful! They also have a variety of famous japanese side dishes that you see in those animes that people eat. My favourite would be the Chicken Knee Caps and the Mini Octopus! They also sell curry rice and other stuff as well, its a really GREAT RESTAURANT!

The ramen soups are pretty delicious...neither my husband or I are ramen experts, and I suspect this might be considered the "fast food" of ramen...but nevertheless it tastes quite good. Large menu.
The decor is pretty tacky...way to much hot pink for my liking, but that's not why we go :)
Service is fast, usually friendly.
