    I would like to specifically rate Harry (Asian guy) on his ability to get the job done. I would have 2 or 3 people come and have the issue recurring shortly after and as Harry shows up he IDs the problem, resolves it and it s done; and I am very happy. I wish Harry would attend to all my service calls.
