I had this company provide a quote and they did not complete the task yet still charged me $300. Do not use this company for anything.

As per our responses to you on google, we provided you with an accurate quote and you asked us to lie and pad the estimate with items that were not damaged. We will not do this due to our code of ethics. We do not subscribe to dishonest tactics.
Very happy with repairs
My insurance use Highland as a preferred vendor to complete work on my home took 3 months to try and get repairs which didn’t get started due to the fact they closed my account with them because of my frustrations, Electrician was supposed to show up but forgot to show rescheduled didn’t show again, also had to wait 6 months for kitchen cabinets. Really horrible customer service and very unorganized, they tend to put blame on home owners very unacceptable for Restoration/Remidiation company!

Hello Tina, we withdrew from doing work for you as you harassed our employees with excessive phone calls and threats. You were quoted 6-8 weeks for kitchen cabinets, but would not sign our work authorization or pay the deposit required to order. We did not start restoration services for you as it was not conducive to a healthy work environment for our staff. We hope that you were able to find a contractor to complete work to your home.
Fantastic customer service with empathetic and well trained staff
I have used Highland for over 15 years. I call them about once a year to keep up on the carpets. I have 2 large dogs and one is getting older. Scott does a great job!! I am always surprised how great they get them looking. I recommend Highland Restoration.
Poor customer service and communication, over priced, arrogant attitude. Do not recomend.
