I will never visit this place again. The broth tasted sugary, I can't detect the spices that makes it pho. Speaking as a vietnamese, this is not vietnamese food. I'd tasted vietnamese food that considered canadianize but this doesn't even come close to it.
The menu is very limited in its contents. Would have liked the option of adding shrimp to my beef soup for a reasonable price, not as expensive as they charged. The quality is not the same as the Pho soups found down on Sommerset, it's authentic but missing a key taste. The rice wraps were made with iceberg lettuce which made it taste amateur, and the peanut sauce that came with it was too thick and did not taste like it is supposed to taste. Was like a canadianized version of Vietnamese food.

The quality of hte food is very impressive. Nothing too complicated - a simple menu with very tastey and high quality food. The owner is very personable and obviously takes great care to ensure consistent and enjoyable meals. Great for lunch and dinner. Prices are lower than other places but hte food is well prepared and delicious.
We spotted this little restaurant as soon as it opened in the plaza with Burger King, New Moon Tattoo and Blockbuster on Jeane D'Arc... We were excited about the prospect of vietnamese food in Orl?ans! We weren't disappointed! As usual (since our family has recently expanded), we had take-away, and the kitchen was quite speedy. The staff seemed friendly (we ordered in-store instead of by phone) and the food was well packaged, in good sized portions and very fresh ingredients. We loved it! One downside was that one of the soups seemed a bit too hot for it's containter. Also, the menu is limited; but, from all indications that just focuses their excellence on the dishes they do serve! Definitely recommended.
