Horizon Driving Academy is a MTO-Approved BDE Course Provider. We offer Beginner Driver Education Program and advanced driver training to equip new drivers with the skills, experience and confidence necessary for a lifetime of safe driving. Methodology: Horizon Driving Academy is using MTO approved curriculum developed by CPD-JETALA for Beginner Driver Education. HDA with CPD-JETALA curriculum is in compliance with section 58.1 of the Highway Traffic Act and all other laws and regulations and by bylaws. Mission: To help make Canadian roads safer by educating beginner drivers the necessary skills and techniques for a safe and pleasant driving.

BDE Course Program: This is a minimum 40 hours MTO required course for Beginner Drivers. Which may consist 20 hours in-class, 10 hours in-vehicle and 10 hours homelink instruction.
