I recently booked a family vacation to Jamaica with Erin at Kemp Travel. Both the trip and service were incredible. We were upgraded to ocean view at no charge which was above and beyond our expectations. Then when a work emergency occurred last minute, Erin helped me change my flights and sorted out an airport transfer to ensure I could join my family as quick and easy as possible a day later - no questions asked.
