I called Doyle with a sewage pump issue and I ended up having them fix a pipe under my kitchen sink & having them replace a pressure tank and pressure pump that was sounding like it was on it's last legs. The men were very knowledgeable & were very helpful with cleaning up the pipes in the room where the pressure tank was. They were very tidy *& polite & will always call Doyle for future plumbing issues. I also like when they have someone call you before showing up. Excellent service
Our utility room was a mess with plumbing lines going every which way; a UV filter that was inaccessible; an old hot water floor heater and some plastic piping that was on recall. Chris and Kyle were friendly, polite, clean and above all: knowledgeable. They did a great job quickly, so our water was not off for long. It now looks great and our water pressure is greatly improved as well. The new water softener is working well and we can now change the UV light easily. Thanks so much!
Installed unnecessary equipment. These people were not thorough enough with their troubleshooting. Tend to jump to conclusions and make changes that arent necessary. Then after they discover they have made a mistake they dont own up to it. Could be commissioned based by the look of things. Would not recommend.

It is unfortunate that you feel you were sold unnecessary equipment; however if you would have contacted the office at the time of service our customer service team could have rectified the situation for a more positive outcome.
