    This contractor doesn't have integrity. He left our washroom renovation unfinished and he just stopped answering texts and calls after he got a new project elsewhere. The quality of the work is sub-par, had to redo the shower flooring because it wasn't draining well, left a portion of washroom floor without tile, and the caulking and painting jobs looked hurriedly done and unprofessional. Don't believe his 1-year guarantee because he wouldn't even come back to complete an unfinished project.
