My experience with Dr. Hong was good. She's young but compassionate and caring. She gave treatment options and did not force anything on me. She only wanted what I felt comfortable with.
The clinic is great, with nice staff, great hours and a lab so you can do your blood work. Super convenient.
I hate/avoid doctors so for me to decide to continue with Dr. Hong is huge. I'm happy to finally have found a family doctor.
Awful experience. Dr. Melina Hong is rude, egotistical and inexperienced. She lacks depth and knowledge. She argued with me for about 10 minutes about a blood test. Um, I think that's within my rights as a patient? Do NOT go to her!! Go to anyone else but her!
AMAZING!!! Dr. Leung and Brent in the pharmacy helped me so much I can never thank them enough. They were so detailed in explaining everything to me and it made me feel so comfortable in what steps I had to take. Just unbelievable team work. Even the receptionist is kind and informative. Just simply the best clinic and team I have ever been to.
