St Thomas Ford Lincoln Sales Limited

I went in for an oil change in the "quick lane" - with an appointment. It took one hour and forty-five minutes. Granted they rotated my tires and inspected but it took far too long. No apologies....no excuses. Further....my 2014 Ford Focus just got it's third module. My car has less than 100 thousand km. The 3 modules so far have been covered on warranty. But I'm now told the next one (which I'm told will definitely come) will cost me to install - nearly $2K. No integrity.

I recently traded in two vehicles for new one that would meet all my needs. I was very pleased with the assessment of my trade ins and felt that they went out of their way to help in my decision making. Would not hesitate to send any of my friends.
