    excellent service for many years

    I have been using Just Service for several years and many different appliances. Always courteous and fixed right usually in one trip!!

    flooded our appartment after 'fixing' our dishwash

    I bought a dishwasher from homedepot and it came absolutely broken, so I had to go threw just service to "fix" it. they have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my life ! this company didn't show up when they where suppose to and showed up when they weren't. I had a repair man come to look at it to tell me the entire tub had to be taken off and replaced. I booked a time a week in advance just to wake up the day of for them to tell me they couldn't come because they need to people to do the job. after the 2 'fixed' it they told me he didn't report the 2 sets of wheels we needed for the inside. I had to wait another week for them to mess up dates of when they were dropping them off just to go pick them up myself. so after 2 months of trying to get this is 'fixed' we turn it on and it floods our house ! I call to talk to the manager about our horrible experience and he is very rude, try's to blame whirlpool and didn't care about our situation and mouths me off. not only could our house have been completely damaged so could the people living under us. they could be liable for all of this and the manager didn't even seem to blink. I strongly advice to stay far far away and save your self the time, effort and frustration. the lady on desk didn't know to book appointments, the man inspecting barley checked it out and the repair man left the motor unbolted causing a flood. this company is a joke and I can not believe they are still in business.
