Across Viking Lane to the south are our three neighbours, NUVO 1 and NUVO 2, two separate corporations, also with shared amenities governed by a Shared Facilites Agreement. Parc Nuvo is the fifth separate residential condominium corporation sharing the Essex site. All five corporations are contractually obligated in the maintenance of Viking Lane as a public thoroughfare, through a Shared Roadway/Walkway Agreement. All five buildings were built by Tridel.
