We had an emergency where the pipe above the hot water tank burst. We called and were told the Plummer would arrive within 45 mins. However, Plummer said urgency delay he will be late for 2 hrs; two hours later: he said another 2-3 hours;
That was 7 pm already!! We got a full basement water leaking. I called the Plummer Aaron, he said he was just about to leave and would text me ETA once he punch in the address. Just got off the phone, he texted back and said he would be another 1-2 hrs late.
Royal attended my home and cleared a problem but when the same problem occurred a few days later they did not even respond and took zero responsibility for their work . Stay away as this company may take your money and run.
Found Royal Plumbing online and called them because basement was flooded. Within 1hr the plumbers showed up and quickly went to the basement to look at the problem. They quickly saw my main drain line was clogged and began to snake the drain. They told me I had wipes flushed down toilet and cleaned everything up. They were very kind and professional and cleaned up my basement of all the water. Thank you so much Royal Plumbing! I will recommend them to my friends and family.
Would not recommend them had a burst pipe on one of my rads and another not working and with a 8 month old son they never called back or even showed up so now thanks to them I am tearing out a $1000.00 hardwood floor to the garbage I am guessing the job wasn't big enough for them
I had a pipe burst this past Tuesday due to the cold weather we've been having. I called Royal and they responded quickly and took care of the burst pipe for a reasonable price. I called them because back in July when the flood hit, my basement was in a horrible state and I needed them to install a backflow. They did a great job with that so that's why I called them when my pipe burst. Both times they were very friendly, efficient and had competitive prices.
