Very old bldg Supt Wendy is harsh (rude) doesnt live ON site so delayed help in everything. Repairs shoddy, unprofessional. Roaches, Endless Water problems replacing really old pipes. Owner uses legal tricks to UP the rent by doing sev repairs in same year. Added 10% for new windows.Very UNaffordable group
The property manager, Wendy, is amazing. The office managers are awful, constantly losing cheques and very hostile. The owner drives around in a Benz while doing nothing to really improve the building.
Is the bad Company in the city!!! Manegment is terrible , they did't doing nothing, in the Jane&Finch building is bed bugs, mice, roches, mess and trash all around
