Don't be fooled: this café-boulangerie on Saint-Zotique Street also offers a dozen pizzas, including a chef-inspired pizza of the day and a breakfast pizza – picture a pizza with eggs, cherry tomatoes, fior di latte cheese and basil. Also worth mentioning is the Caciocavallo, made with potatoes, rosemary, caciocavallo and mozzarella.
Here, you're going to be seriously spoiled – as you might expect from the same group that brings you Bottega just next door. Here they serve up pizza by the slice, and for the week’s festivities, it’s just $6 dainty dollars fora porchetta-stuffed pizza (with basil mayonnaise, roasted garlic, lemon, parsley and olive oil). Buon appetite!
This Little Italy café is the perfect spot to enjoy a slice of pizza al taglio – we think it’s the best in the city! We love going for an expertly made cappuccino, alongside one of their delectable pastries, whether it’s a bombolone filled with luscious crema or chocolate, a cannoli or their tiramisu. San Gennaro shares their terrace with Bottega restaurant, and it fills up fast in the warmer months. It’s great for lingering on a leisurely afternoon with a scoop of gelato while you watch the world go by.
