Find seriously good sushi at these Montreal hotspots

We must admit we’ve become sushi snobs, but most people still prefer an affordable maki roll over the freshest piece of sashimi with minimal adornments. Located in the Plateau, Saint Sushi Bar’s tasting menu has a bit of everything. We love their Sapin de Noel sushi; plenty of shredded tuna, and lobster are mixed with green onions and tempura. They stand tall like little Christmas trees on a simple crispy cracker base. Our only complaint is that Saint Sushi Bar does not have a liquor license!
